If your mortgage cannot be transferred to your next property, we’ll look at the early repayment charges your mortgage lender will charge to leave your current mortgage early and find a new mortgage with a lender that best meets your needs and demands.

We don’t charge a Mortgage Broker fee unless the loan amount is less than £100,000.

If the loan amount is between £60,001 and £100,000, our broker fee is £249. If the loan is under £60,000, the fee is £349.
