How to book an appointment

Use the online diary to book an appointment
  • Select the the type of appointment you want. If you aren’t sure, click the ‘i’ button next to the service title for more information.
  • Select the member of staff you would like to meet with. If you have previously met with an adviser, if possible, rebook with the same adviser.
  • Select the date and time you prefer.
  • On the ‘Enter your details’ page, complete your personal details.
  • It’s very important that you answer all of the additional questions that we ask. Where this is left blank, the appointment may be declined and you will be contacted to ask to rebook and complete these questions. We need this informatin to ensure your onboarding goes smoothly.
  • If you require a face-to-face appointment, please mention this in ‘Comments (optional)’ box.
  • Agree to our cancellation policy and then complete the booking request.

The next steps once you have requested an appointment

  • We will review your booking request. If you have completed all of the information we need, we will confirm the appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to be able to join the Zoom meeting.
  • If you haven’t used Zoom before, you can join a test meeting to make sure your camera and audio settings work https://zoom.us/test
  • To help you to prepare for your appointment, we will send you a link to our secure client portal, Acre.
  • You then need to onboard yourself, completing an ID and credit check. Don’t worry, the credit check does not effect your credit score.
  • You’ll be able to complete your personal and financial details in the Acre portal and also securely upload proof of income and other documents.
  • We ask that you complete the Acre portal onboarding at least two days before your appointment. This helps us to prepare and ensure your meeting runs as smooth as possible.
